Dry Needling

Precision trigger point therapy using thin filament needles to release deep muscular tension and restore function. Highly effective for chronic muscle pain and movement restrictions.

What it is

Dry needling uses thin, sterile filament needles to target myofascial trigger points—those stubborn knots of muscle tension that refer pain and limit movement. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern Western medicine and neuroanatomy.

When a needle penetrates a trigger point, it creates a local twitch response that releases the contracted muscle fibers. This immediately improves blood flow, reduces pain, and restores normal muscle function. The technique is particularly effective for chronic conditions that haven't responded to other treatments.
